Rachel Henaghan
Rachel Henaghan is an interdisciplinary artist and writer interested the human experience of landscape and place, explorations of otherness, and illness and recovery.

After completing a Fine Art degree Henaghan worked as a paramedic before establishing a professional creative practice in 2020.Her work has been influenced by her experiences from her frontline NHS career.
​The multifaceted nature of her work incorporating sound, film, performance, walking and making has directed her towards immersive production as a preferred vehicle for engagement and she is currently developing skills in XR storytelling. .

Her residency and fellowship at BOM, and STEAMhouse’s create program, enabled her to refine and test ideas in sound, moving image, drawing, and to learn how to develop an immersive practice.
Henaghan is a member of the artists' co-operative, Walkspace.
